animal stumbles FATALITY NEAR PAPAKURA As a result of being thrown from his horse on Saturday aRm-noon, between Fapakura and Thomas Griffin, single, receneu such severe injuries that he died m the Auckland Hospital yesterday. Mr Griffin was riding home at A 1 . J; Mr Harold Walker when is horse stumbled and he fell on to h s head He suffered a fracture of K® skull He was taken home by a motorist, ’ and after attention by Dr. Bridgman was removed to the hospital where he died yesterday morn iU in inquest was opened by Mr. F. H. Levien, this morning, and adjourned after evidence of identification Lad been given.
