Hamburg, Avonmouth, Liverpool, and Glasgow, the Federal steamer Hertford is to be dispatched on her Homeward voyage p.m. on Wednesday, according to advice from her local agent, the New Zealand Shipping Company. She is to proceed via the Panama Canal. z CAMBRIDGE SAILS DAYBREAK. Advice received from the New Zealand Shipping Company states that the Federal Steam Navigation Company’s steamer Cambridge, at present at Queen’s Wharf unloading the local part of her cargo of general merchandise from West Coast United Kingdom ports, is to sail at davbreak tomorrow for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Timaru to complete discharge. MATAROA AT PRINCE’S.—L. D Nathan, Ltd., advises that the Shaw. Savill, and Albion Company’s liner Mataroa. which is now engaged discharging the Inst of her general cargo from London, is to start loading for her Homeward voyage tomorrow*. _ She is announced to leave this port at 5 p.m. on Thursday for Napier, Lyttelton, and Wellington, to complete filling up, and is scheduled to sail finally from Wellington at daybreakon May 31 for Southampton and London, via the Panama CanaJ.

WAIKAWA SAILS TOMORROW. —The Union Company advises that its transpacific cargb steamer Waikawa, now at Queen’s Wharf putting out the local portion of her general cargo from the Pacific Slope, is to be dispatched at noon tomorrow for Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney to complete discharge. TOFUA DUE 4 A.M. —The Union Company’s Island passenger steamer Tofua has sent wireless advice that she does not expect to arrive in port from Fiji, Tonga and Samoa until 4 o’clock tomorrow morning. The vessel has been allotted a berth at Prince’s Wharf, where she will land her passengers, mails and cargo. The Tofua is scheduled to sail on her next trip to Fiji, Tonga and Samoa at 11 a.m. on Saturday. ULIMAROA DUE TOMORROW. —With passengers, mails and cargo from Sydney, the Huddart-Parker Company’s intercolonial passenger steamer Ulimaroa is duo in the stream early tomorrow morning. After pratique has been granted she will berth at the wharves, but no berth had been decided on for the vessel this morning. She is to sail on her return trip to Sydney on Friday. NAVANORA SAILS. —To engage in pearl-fishing, recruiting and trading in the Santa Cruz group, the schooner Navanora left Auckland on Saturday afternoon. She is proceeding immediately to the New Hebrides, via Russell. The vessel is 54 years old, and has been engaged in coastal trade in that period, this being her first overseas trip. She was formerly named the Saucy Kate, and was sold by J. J. Craig, Limited, to Messrs. C. Cowan and M. Zurich some months ago. NARBADA FROM EAST.— The IndoPacific Shipping Company’s steamer Narbada arrived at Auckland this morning with general Eastern cargo for discharge at Wellington. Lyttelton and Dunedin. The vessel’s loading ports were: Calcutta (April 4), Rangoon, Penang. Port Sweetenhani, Singapore, Samara ng, Sourabaya, and Probolingo. She had a fine-weather voyage, and the trip was uneventful.
