FARMERS’ CONFERENCE

MEETING AT WHANGAREI DELEGATES FROM ALL PARTS Delegates from all parts of the Auckland Province have notified their intention to attend the 30tli annual Auckland Provincial Conference of the Mew Zealand Farmers’ Union, which opens at Whangarei on Tuesday of next week. It is expected that there will be an attendance of between 80 and 90 delegates, and business will take three full days. Air. A. A. Boss will preside. An agenda covering 159 remits will be placed before delegates, apart from ordinary conference routine business. Many of the remits cover important questions from the farmers’ viewpoint.
