THE TITLE OF AUCKLAND’S LONGEST AND STRAIGHTEST ROAD can be safely claimed for Dominion Road, which runs from the New North Road almost to the Manukau, as this excellent air picture shows. The Dominion Road district is one of the most densely populated in Auckland. On the right is Eden Park, and leading away from there is Edendale Road.
