Henry Lytton. one of the most famous of the Gilbert and Sullivan Opera stars in London, has played the Duke of Plaza-Toro for many years. l it was the part which first made him famous. In the above picture Mr. Lytton Is seen in the studio of Mr. Frederick Whiting, who painted the Savoyard' s portrait as “The Duke.”
