A DUST-UP
PENALTIES INFLICTED A lengthy inquiry was held by the Wanganui District Committee this week concerning an incident at Palmerston North in which some jockevs and stable hands were implicated. As a result the following sentences ero meted out:—The licence of C. Adams was suspended for a further month; C Broughton (jockey) and J. H. Bromiley (trainer) were severely cautioned, T. Hemara and L. J. McLaughlin (stable-hand) were also severely cautioned.
