NO MONEY YET FOR SECOND POCKET BATTLESHIP REICHSTAG VETOES GRANT LONDON, Thursday. The Berlin correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says the Budget Committee of the Reichstag has struck out of the naval estimates the first Instalment for a second “pocket battleship.” The correspondent asserts that the decision is practically certain to be confirmed by the Reichstag.
