THE RAKE HA. —Reported to have reached Panama last Monday, the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Pakeha is en route from Auckland to London. She dispatched from Auckland on April 13. THE lONIC.—The White Star liner lonic is to sail from Wellington at 5 p.m. tomorrow for Southampton and London, via the Panama Canal, taking passengers, mails and cargo. KARETU FROM SYDNEY. —The Union Company advises that the Karetu is to leave Sydney tomorrow for Dunedin. She also has cargo for Lyttelton and Wellington. THE CANADIAN EXPLORER.—En route from Auckland to New York. Boston and Montreal, the Canadian National steamer Canadian Explorer is reported to have reached Panama last Monday. She sailed from Auckland on April 8. SOMERSET CLEARS HALIFAX. —The Federal Line steamer Somerset, which left Auckland on March 28 for London, via New York, Boston and Halifax, is reported to have cleared Halifax on Tuesday. THE TASMANIA. —The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that it is hoped to dispatch the steamer Tasmania at daybreak tomorrow for Gisborne to continue her loading for Montevideo and West Coast United Kingdom ports. THE CORINTHIC.—In continuation of her voyage from New Zealand to London, the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Corinthic is reported to have cleared Colon last Monday. She was dispatched from Wellington on April 9. CITY OF CHRISTIANIA SAILS 5 P.M. —The A. and Line’s chartered steamer City of Christiania is scheduled to sail at 5 o’clock this evening for Wellington to continue discharge of her general cargo from New York. JUNE FOR AUCKLAND.—Henderson and. Macfarlane, Ltd., advises that the Norwegian steamer June cleared Nauru Island on May 7 for Auckland with a cargo of 6,50 Otons of phosphates for unloading at this port. She should arrive here on May IS. POOLTA FROM AUSTRALIA. —The Union Company advises that the Poolta, after loading at Grafton, Port Stephens arid Newcastle, is expected to leave Newcastle on Tuesday for Auckland, Napier, Dunedin, Bluff and Greymoutli. PORT FREMANTLE FROM LONDON. —The Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor-ship Port Fremantle is scheduled to leave London for Auckland, Port Chalmers and Bluff on May 21. She should reach Auckland about June 26. PORT WAIKATO ON COAST.—Watkin and Wallis advise that the motor-vessel Port Waikato arrived at Gisborne this morning with a cargo of timber from Australia, and goes thence to Lyttelton. She loads there for Tauranga and WliangaCAN ADI AN CONQUEROR TO SAIL.— The local office of the Canadian National Steamships hopes to dispatch the vessel Canadian Conqueror from Auckland this evening for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin to complete unloading general cargo from Halifax. OTAKI’S MOVEMENTS.—The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Otaki is reported to have reached Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday from New Zealan. The vessel was dispatched from Bluff on April 7 for London, Manchester and Glasgow, via Montevideo. THE RANGItANE.-The New Zealand Shipping Company’s motor-liner Rangitane is scheduled to clear Southampton today with passengers and mail for New Zealand and cargo for discharge at Auckland and Wellington. She is due at Auckland on June 11. * QUERCUS AT COLON.—The steamer Quercus, running under the auspices of the Commonwealth and Dominion Line, is reported to have reached Colon on Tuesday from New York. The vessel has cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland about May 28. TAHITI’S ITINERARY.—The Union Company advises that the Royal Mail liner Tahiti is due at Wellington from San Francisco on Monday, June 2. Owing to the following day being a holiday (King's Birthday) she will be dispatched for Sydney at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4. THE MAUI POMARE.—Advice received from Spedding. Ltd., states that the Government motor-ship Maui Pomare on her present voyage to Niue and Apia, will make Auckland her first port of discharge and is due here on May 26. She then proceeds to Lyttelton and Wellington and returns to Auckland. On the sailing of the vessel for Niue and Apia on September 23, she will make Auckland again her first port of discharge, being due here on October 11. I MAHENO TO SURVEY.—The Union Company’s intercolonial passenger steamer Maheno, which is due at Melbourne tomorrow from Bluff, will withdraw from the service on her arrival back at Wellington, for one trip, to en- , able her to undergo her annual overhaul I and survey. The vesesl is scheduled to j leave Melbourne on Thursday, Mav 15. I for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton,* and WellI ington. and is due at Wellington on May ; i 23. THE CAMBRIDGE.—Advice from the Xew Zealand Shipping Company states | that the Federal steamer Cambridge is to be dispatched at 10 p.m. on .Monday j ; for "Wellington to continue unloading her j ' general merchandise cargo from West Coast United Kingdom ports. THE HERTFORD.—Xow at Central Wharf completing her cargo for London, Hamburg and West Coast United Kingdom ports, the Federal steamer Hertford is to sail p.m. on Tuesday on her Homeward voyage via the Panama Canal. CANADIAN NATIONAL STEAMERS. —The Canadian Xational steamer Canadian Constructor, which has replaced the Canadian Highlander, is reported to have cleared Halifax on April 27 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland about June !). She is to be followed by the Canadian Challenger, which is scheduled to clear Montreal on May 23 for Auckland, Wellington. Lyttelton and Dunedin, and the Canadian Britisher, leaving Montreal on June 25 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. CAMBRIDGE ARRIVES FROM HOME. —The steamer Cambridge, belonging to the Federal Line, arirved in port yesterday afternoon with general cargo from West ("'oast ports of Great Britain. She is berthed at Queen’s Wharf. The vessel’s passage out was uneventful, except for the loss of a propeller blade when a week out from Panama, but little delay was caused and repairs will be carried out at Port Chalmers. The Xew Zealand Shipping Company is the local agent and hopes to dispatch the Cambridge later for Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Port Chalmers to complete discharge. Captain R.
