HORSE OLYMPIA

GERMANS WILL COMPETE IN GREAT BRITAIN TEAMS OF OFFICERS British Officiil IVireless RUGBY, Tuesday. For the first time since the period of the Great War, a team of officers from crack cavalry regiments of the German Army will ride at the International Horse Show, to be opened at Olympia on June 19, They will compete against representatives of Britain, France and Belgium. Four German officers will compete for King George’s Cup and the Prince of Wales’s Cup—the two most im portant trophies of the show. While British troops were in occu pation of the Rhineland, invitations to compete in international events of this kind were refused by Germany. The decision to send a team to the com ing show indicates a return to normal relations between the military forces of the Allies and Germany.
