U.S. STEEL EARNINGS
LARGE UNFILLED ORDERS Earnings of the United States. Steel Corporation during the opening quarter of 1930 amounted to £10,000.000, states a cable message from the New York representative of “The Sun.” In the January-March period of the previous year the sum of earnings was £12.000,000. Unfilled orders on the books of the corporation, represent 4,750,000 tons, which compares with 4,410,000 tons a year ago
