SPEEDWAY THRILLS
Thousands of people in various parts of the Dominion have been “getting a kick” out of the thrilling events of the Speedway programmes. In many cases, hundreds of would-be spectators have had to be sent away disappointed because the stadiums would not hold them. Now that there is an autumn ‘‘nip in the air,” all speedway “fans” would be well advised to carry a bottle of Baxter’s Lung Preserver in a pocket when they go along to the next performance. “Baxter’s” is a warming, soothing compound that will keep away colds, coughs, sore throats and ’flu. Also possesses unique tonic properties. Obtainable at all chemists and stores; generous-sized bottle, half acrown; economical family size, 4s 6d; handy pocket size, eighteenpence.—2.
