FIRE DESTROYS STORE
OUTBREAK AT TAWA FLAT Press Association w Ellington, Today. A fire which broke out late on Monday nignt completely destroved the combined store and post office at Tawa Llat. It was a wooden building of one floor, containing eight rooms, and occupied by Frederick Richardson and hi«* wife and family. The stock, fittings, and furniture in the building were owned by Uichardr son. the stock and fittings being insurod for £2jo, and the furniture and effects for the same amount. Richardson is a fairly heavy loser bv the Are The building was owned by J. K T Roxburough, of Dunedin.
