“NO CONGRATULATIONS” CHRISTCHURCH, Today. Addressing the grand jury at the opening of the Supreme Court. Mr. Justice Adams said he could not congratulate them on the smallness of the calendar, which included several sexual cases. There was an indictment against Joseph Reginald Wilson concerning an alleged series of thefts from shops and warehouses. Wilson was a member of the police force at the time the offences were alleged to have taken place. The goods which disappeared were found in the possession of a young woman to whom jWilson. was engaged.
