TRAM DRIVER INJURED

ACCIDENT AT DEPOT Mr. Ernest a tram motorman, was admitted to the Auckland Hospital last evening suffering from concussion and injuries to his back, which he received through slipping into a repair pit in the Epsom tram depot shortly before six o’clock. He was leaving for his home in Oak Street. Royal Oak. when the accident occurred. The injured man was removed to the hospital by the S"t. John Ambulance.

Mr. Minnear, who is a married man. aged about 45, is reported this morning to be slightly improved.
