FAT SHEEP ADVANCE Press Association FEILDLNG, Friday. Owing to keen outside buying, there was a rise of about 3s a head in fat sheep at the Feilding stock sale today. Prime fat lambs sold to 20s 9d; good, 17s to 18s; medium, 14s Gd to 16s Id; prime fat ewes, 21s 8d to 235; good, IDs to IDs 6d; medium, 17s 4d to 18s 3d; fair, from 14s 6d; good fat two-tooths, 24s 6d; two-tooth wethers, 22s 4d. Store sheep: Fiveyear ewes, running with Southdown rams, 17s Del; four and five-year, 18s Id; four-year, 24s 3d; woolly ewe lambs, 20s 4d; poor mixed sex, 6s 7d; woolly black-faced lambs, 11s 8d; twotooth wethers, 19s sd. Hairy stock. —Choice springing heifers, £ls; others, £7 5s to £lO 10s;springing cows, £8 10s to £9. Prices for store cattle were easier. Jersey cows. £4 15s; young cows, £2 16s; empty heifers, £4; Polled Angus cows, 2 2 17s 6d; weaner heifers, £2 14s to Fat cattle dropped in nrice. Good beef sold at 25s a 1001 b.; fat cows, to £7 12s Gd; lighter sorts, £6 11s to £6 16s Gd; vealers, to £ 3 10s 6d; bulls. £3 10s.
