STATE GOVERNMENT REMITS TAXATION N.Z. ASSOCIATION BENEFITS Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday. Reporting to the Management Committee of the New Zealand Cricket Association this evening, Mr. D. E. Wanklyn, honorary treasurer, said he had received advice that the New South Wales Government had agreed to remit its share of taxation charged on the.receipts from the M.C.C. match in Sydney. The Federal authorities were still considering the matter. The total laxation levied was £3Bl. and approximately half comprised the New South Wales share.
