ICE-CREAM MAKER FINED
DIRTY RECEPTACLES AND PREMISES “NOT FIT TO BE USED” Press Association MASTERTOX, Today. In the Magistrate’s Court this morning A. X. McDonald, against whom there were four charges relating to the storage of ice-cream in unlicensed premises ancl exposing it for sale in rusty and dirty receptacles, was fined £lO on the charge concerning the use of dirty receptacles and on the others was convicted and ordered to pay costs. The solicitor for the Borobgh Council, who prosecuted, asked the magistrate to take a serious view of the case as defendant was in a big way of business and had supplied a great many shops all over the country. The magistrate said the premises and receptacles Yore not in a fit state to be used.
