COURT REFUSES APPLICATION Press Associaton WELLINGTON, Thursday. The trustees of the estate o£ the late Alexander Hatrick, of Wanganui, recently sought the approval of the Supreme Court to the proposed sale by them of a warehouse site in Wanganui, which testator had directed should not, be sold for less than £30,000. The Chief Justice gave judgment today. He said he was not, prepared to tncke the order asked for. The trustees, however, had acted quite properly in coming to court. His Honour expressed the opinion that the proper method of obtaining, such an authority as that, sought was by a private estate Bill.
