QUIET RECEPTION TO NAVY DELEGATES IN U.S.A. DINNER WITH PRESIDENT WASHINGTON, Tuesday. The United States delegates to the London Naval Conference arrived at Washington today. They were greeted by officials and received an invitation to luncheon with the President, Mr. Hoover, tomorrow. Afterwards the delegates will attend a conference to discuss with the President the full details of the agreement. It is indicated at White House that Mr. Hoover will send the treaty to the Senate as soon as he has discussed it fully with the delegates. This may occur tomorrow. The delegates received a more or less colourless and quiet reception from great crowds of people in New York. They delivered brief addresses in the City Hall to the public and the Press.
