“Fashions in Love/’ a sparkling gay Parisian romance, is the new talking attraction at the Victoria Theatre, Devonport, this evening. The well-known actor, Adolphe Menjou, has a role of the type that made him famous, a debonair, immaculately dressed philanderer. Excellent support is rendered by Fay Compton, the London actress, who here makes her debut in American talkies. Bright supporting items are also being shown.
Jack McGowan, co-author of the , stage musical hit. ‘ Heads Up." and j Jack Kirkland, screen playwright, are transferring the story of “Heads Up" | from the stage to the screen for Para - i mount. The screen version of the spectacular musical comedy, which is to be filmed entirely in colour, will j be produced shortly at the Long Island
