MINISTERIAL SUPPORT
MR. RANSOM ENTERS CAMPAIGN
HON. W. D. STEWART COMING Ministers at present assisting Mr. Alan Donald, the United candidate, in the Parnell campaign are the Hon. E. A. Ransom, Minister of Public Works, who arrived from Wellington this morning, and who will speak at St. Mary’s Hall, Parnell. this evening, and the Hon. W. A. Veitch, who is paying his second visit to the electorate since the campaign opened. He will speak at Mr. Donald's meeting at Kohimarama tomorrow evening. The financial position of the Dominion under the United Party’s administration will be reviewed by the Hon. W. Downie Stewart, Minister of I'inance in the late Reform Government, in a speech at St. Mark’s Hall, kemuera, on Friday evening. Mr. Stewart will also speak in favour of Mr. Endean’s candidature at an address to be given at St. Aidan’s Hall, Remuera, on Saturday evening. In view of the statement issued recently by the Prime Minister, Sir Joseph Ward, Mr. Stewart's financial criticisms will be of particular interest. Mr. JI. Holland, Reform member for Christchurch North, will speak at Mr. Undean’s meeting at St. Heliers tomorrow evening. Labour Party stalwarts who will be assisting Mr. Bloodworth are Mr. 11. U. Holland, Deader of the Parliamen--ar Labour Party; Mr. P. Fraser. M-Pand Mr. W. Nash, M.P.
