CHARGE OF BURGLARY

TWO MAORIS REMANDED Two Maori labourers, William Thomas Maiiu and Rang! Harawana. both aged 21 years, were remanded until May 6 by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court today, on a charge of breaking, entering and theft at Mangere on April 8. The pair were alleged to have broken into the house of Hop Wing Lee and stolen £3 3s. Detective-Sergeant Kelly applied for the remand.
