NEW ZEALANDER’S VIEW OF ARGENTINE LIFE Reed. 12.35 p.m. SYDNEY, Today. A New Zealander, Mr. A. S. Wilson, after 20 years’ absence from the Dominion, has reached Sydney homeward bound from Argentina, where he was engaged in stock raising. He says the Englishmen are not progressing in business there owing to their conservatism, the Americans and Italians being the leading foreigners.
