TARANAKI CO. IN LIQUIDATION Press Association NEW' PLYMOUTH, Today. Judgment was delivered today by Mr. Justice Reed in the case of the Hawera County Electric Company, Ltd., in liquidation. The case was a motion to determine whether preference shareholders should share in the distribution of assets resulting from the sale of the company’s business to the South Taranaki Power Board. The Judge decided that the preference and the ordinary shareholders should both share in the distribution.
