FRENCH AIR MINISTRY AIDS PRIVATE MACHINES United P.A.—By Telegraph—Copyright Reed. 1.10 p.m. PARIS, Sunday. The Air Ministry announced that in order to provide a reserve of trained aviators, it is willing to pay half the cost and maintenance of privatelyowned airplanes that are built in France.
