CUMBERLAND AT LONDON. —The Federal Line steamer Cumberland is reported to have reached London from New Zealand on Thursday. She sailed from Wellington on March 15. SOMERSET REPORTED.—Reported to have cleared Panama last Tuesday, the Federal Line- steamer Somerset is en route from Auckland to New York, Halifax and London. She was dispatched from Auckland on March 28. CITY OF LINCOLN SAlLS.—Having completed discharge of her New York cargo, the A. and A. Line’s chartered steamer City of Lincoln left Wanganui at daybreak on Wednesday for Sydney. THE PORT HOBART.—Now at Queen’s Wharf completing her cargo for New York, Boston, Halifax and London, the Port Hobart is scheduled to sail I finally from here for those ports, via the I Panama Canal, at 5 p.m. on Tuesday. NARBADA COMING.—The Narbada cleared Samarang on Tuesday with Eastern cargo from Calcutta, Penang, Singapore, Sourabaya and Samarang for unloading at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. t THE WAIPAHI.—The Waipahi cleared Apia, Samoa, at 3.30 p.m. on Thursday for Auckland, with a cargo of fruit. She is expected to arrive next Thursday, and is announced to sail again the following day for Rarotonga, Aitutaki and Mangaia. NORTHERN COMPANY’S VESSELS. —The Northern Company advises that the Ronaki is to leave Onehunga todav for Ilokianga, and on Tuesday for Raglan. Kawhia and Waikato Pleads. Next week’s trip to Hokianga will be run from Auckland by the Hauturu, which is to be dispatched for Onehunga. via Hokianga, at noon next Wednesday. THE MAUI POMARE.—The Maui Pomare is now due at Auckland from Southern ports on Monday morning, when she will berth at King’s Wharf. After she has discharged she will slip for cleaning and painting, and later returns to King’s Wharf to undergo her annual survey. She is to be dispatched on her next trip to Niue Island and Apia, Samoa, on May G. NIAGARA AT VANCOUVER. The Royal Mail liner Niagara arrived at )anoouver from Sydney, via way ports, at 11 a.m. yesterday. She is to sail from there on Wednesday next for Sydney, via Victoria, Honolulu, Suva and Auckland. She is due here on May 19. SAI LINGS FROM AUCKLAN D.—The New Zealand Shipping Company advises the following projected departures:— Ruahine on Thursday, May 1, for Wellington; Huntingdon on Wednesday for Napier; City of Winnipeg at noon on Tuesday for Napier. THE GOLDEN CROSS.—The O. and ® tea ™ e r Golden Cross has sent radio ad\ ice that she expects to arrive in port from Los Angeles at 7 a.m. on Monday fche will berth at Central Wharf to unload the local portion of her general cargo from the Pacific Slope. MATAKANA AT PANAMA.—The on aw, Savill and Albion steamer Mata - kana. which was dispatched from Port Chalmers for London and West Coast ports of Great Britain on April l. is reported to have reached Panama last .Tuesday. YOrT< Y , OSA J<A LEAVES NEW Y 9^ K * —A. and Line has received cabled advice that its chartered steamer City of Osaka left New' York on April 16 and Newport News on April IS, with cargo for discharge at Auckiand, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin &he is due at Auckland on May 21. PORT AUCKLAND TO LOAD.—The C. and D. Line advises that the Port Auckland is to leave Sydney for Gisborne, to commence loading for London t>he will subeequexvUy load at Napier and \N ellington. The vessel is due at the capital on May 6 and will sail finally trom there on May 10 for London, via Montevideo. HERTFORD LOADlNG.—Loading to the agency of the New Zealand Shipping Company, the Federal steamer Hertford is now at Wellington. From there the vessel will later proceed to Napier and Auckland to fill up, and is scheduled to c ear this port on May 10 for London. Hamburg, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow, via the Panama Canal. PORT SYDNEY’S MOVEM ENTS.—The C. and D. Line advises that the Port Sydney, which is due at Lyttelton on May 4 in ballast from London, will commence her homeward loading there on May 5. She will subsequently load at Wanganui and Wellington. The vessel is due at Wellington on Mav 14, and is scheduled to clear that port on May IS for London, via the Panama Canal.
