New members should, fit. ir. the enrolment rorm below. Children of 15 and under may join Happy Town. Stories, poems, etc., should he icritten on only one side of the paper, with the name, age and address of the competitor on the top right-hand corner of the first sheet. In the case of stories or essay* the number of words should he stated. Painting, needlework and puzzle entries should nave the name, age and address attached.
