Tho lion. V. H. Reed, M.L.C., left for "Wellington lust evening. Mr. L. V. Moses, of Auckland, left Wellington by the Rangitiki today for England. He is accompanied by Mrs. Moses. Mr. and Mrs. H. F. O'Leary, who have been visiting Auckland during the Legal Conference, have returned to Wellington. Mr. John Alexander was re-elected president of the trustees of the Auckland Savings Bank, at the annual meeting on Thursday. Mr. E. Anderson was re-elected deputy-president. Bishop Liston left for Wellington last evening to attend the ceremony of laying the foundation-stone of the new St. Patrick's College at Silverstream. He was accompanied by the Rev. Father L. T.
