Teagher, formerly assistant traffic inspector to tho Auckland City Council, t 0 the position of first officer of the "'ant airship, Rloo. News of this appointment was received in Auckland yesterday by a friend of Captain -Meagher. During tile war, Captain Meagher "as attached to the British Airship branch of the Royal Air Force and •[ter the armistice came to New Zea land, where he received employment "'th an Auckland firm. Later he was appointed assistant traffic inspector. "as while in this position that he , s invited by the British Air M»nistry (~ return to England to take up a Position in the Koval Airship Works. He accepted this offer and left Auckland in June, 1925.
