ROWING “BLUES”
TWO TO AUCKLAND
At a meeting of the New Zealand University Rowing Council yesterday. Mr. L. E. Brooker presiding the following “blues” were awarded: McCombs, F. Gilbv. Holland (Canterbury ), Hartnell (Otago), F. Bell. D. Gane, W. Kemp (Victoria). L. B. MacCallum, J. K. Hunn (Auckland). It was decided to hold next year j» contest at Dunedin.
It was reported that tentative arrangements were in train for a visit of an Australian University crew to New Zealand ne£t year.
