OTAGO CHAMPIONSHIPS Press Association DUNEDIN, Monday. The Otago tennis tournament is reaching its closing stages. In the final of the men’s singles championship W. Bray beat S. G. McDougall, last year’s champion, 2 —6, 3 —6, B—6, B—6,8 —6, 6 —4. The women’s singles championship was won by Miss Pattison, the holder, who beat Miss Partridge, 6—3, 6—4.

Miss Helen Cox, the junior champion and a daughter of C. C. Cox, a former New Zealand doubles champion, won the women’s handicap singles. A.C. Watson won the men’s handicap singles.
