DOMINION OFFICERS ELECTED Press Association WELLINGTON, Monday. The fourth conference of the Toe IT movement was held in Wellington during Easter, when 24 delegates, representing Auckland, Hastings, Wanganui, Nelson and Christchurch were present. It was decided that Wellington should be the headquarters for the ensuing year, and a Dominion council was established. The election of officers resulted as follows:—President, Sir A. H. Russell; vice-presidents, Sir R. Heaton Rhodes, Sir A. Roberts, and Archbishop Averill; administrative padre, Padre O. W. Williams; Dominion registrar and treasurer, Mr. R. Kebp; Dominion secretary, Mr. S. M. Youmans; Dominion auditor, Mr. E. A. Feist; Dominion Council, Messrs. S. J. Harrison (chairman), G. Y. Silver and C. Clarke.
