TWO MEN ARRESTED

CHARGED WITH BEING BOOKMAKERS RELEASED ON BAIL Arrested in a city hotel about midday today on charges of conducting business as bookmakers, Edward Hunter Shaw and William John Gibbons appeared before Mr. C. M. Fenwick at the police station. They were each released on bail of £IOO, Shaw to appear before the Police Court on April 24, and Gibbons on April 22. The arrests were made by DetectiveSergeant McHugh and Detective Nalder.
