ELECTION PETITION
TE AROHA SCHOOL COMMITTEE Special to THE SUN TE AROHA. Saturday. A number of householders have petitioned the Auckland Education Board to declare the election of the committee illegal on the following grounds:—(l) That votes were wrongly declared informal; (2) that the voting par | s v, » e immediately destroyed; (3) mat the count of votes was not made known to the meeting; (4) that the chairman of the committee was out of order in presiding at the meeting.
