ORGAN RECITAL
A special programme of Easter music will be played at the recital in the Town J-Tall tomorrow evening. In addition to works by Cesar Franck and Liszt. Mr. Maughan Barnett will play a Bach Easter Chorale. “Easter Lilies.” by Mailly, and Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus.”
Joan Crawford, the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer star, has graduated from that class of actress who sews while awaiting a call before the camera. She weaves tapestry rugs. No protest has as yet been received from the Turkish Ambassador.
