LOADED BUS WRECKED IN SPAIN 12 KILLED—I 7 INJURED United I*. A.—By Telegraph—Copyright Reed. 11.45 a.m. MADRID, Friday. A goods train ran down a motorcoach full of excursionists on a levelcrossing at Valencia, killing 12 and injuring 17. The engine of the train carried the coach for 300 yards, then tossed it down an embankment. Many of those killed were so mutilated that it was impossible to identify them. A child of eight had a miraculous escape. Following the smash she was found unscathed, playing on the embankment. An old woman, the crossing-keeper, tried to stop the coach but was knocked down by it and injured.
