DISPUTE AT TAIHAI'E HOSPITAL BOARD STANDS FIFvM Press Association WANGANUI, Today. As the result of a dispnite at the Taihape Public Hospital. tlirce doctors who have private have threatened to resign unlesi> the matron vacates her position. Tfie Wanganui Hospital Board inquired .unto the position and decided that the uiiatron should stay. At a board meeting yesterday, during the discussion it was .-mentioned that two of the doctors at Hiiihape had institutions of their own and that they put financial patients in their own homes and not in the public hospital A resolution was carried that the doctors be informed that the Wanganui Hospital Board could not see its way to ask the matron of the Taihape Hospital to resign and that they should be asked to reconsider their resignations.
