BICYCLE FORKS BREAK

YOUTH SEVERELY INJURED Through the front forks of his bicycle breaking when riding down a steep slope in Bright Street, Eden Terrace, at about 11 o’clock last evening, a youth, W. T. Lane, of Campbell Road, Grey Lynn, suffered severe injuries to his head. He was removed to the hospital by the St. John Ambulance. The condition of the injured youth, who is still unconscious, is reported this morning to be fairly serious.
