GREVULIFFE A PFEA I, --Further litigation over the Greycliffe disaster was mentioned in the Admiralty Court today. It was announced that the Union Steam Ship Company, as well as Sydney Ferries, Ltd., were appealing against the judgment of Mr. Justice Halse Rogers. An order was made that both sides should be ready to proceed within 28 days. A nodical to the will of the late Earl of Coventry provided that in the event of his widow marrying again she should cease to have the use of the house in Balfour Place and its contents. The Karl’s estate was valued at eluded £ 500 and various articles of personal property. The Earl of Coventry died on March 13 last, and the Countess a tew days later.
