NATIONALISTS TAKE OVER IN WEST AUSTRALIA PREMIER CO-OPERATES Reed. 10.15 a.m. PERTH, T*o<lay. The Premier, Mr. P. Collier, congratulated Sir James Mitchell, leader of -the Opposition on the Nationalist victory, and gave his assurance of co-operation in the difficult time ahead. Mr. Collier will resign on April 23.
