ROXY

“NAVY BLUES” TOMORROW The final screening will be given this evening of the beautiful talking picture of English country life. “Under the Greenwood Tree” at the Roxv Theatre. John Batten, the Auckland boy. has the leading role. It is accompanied by a fine programme of talkie featurettes. From tomorrow the Roxy will present an entire change of programme. The chief attraction will be a big alltalking and laughing comedy, “Navy Blues,” a tale of life on the ocean deep, starring two such popular screen players as William Haines and Kar! Dane. They are seen as navymen in love with a girl at the base, played by Anita Page. The whole picture is thoroughly amusing. A number of bright supports will complete tomorrow’s programme.
