MOTORISTS’ LUCKY ESCAPE
When a motor-car containing a man and a woman skidded on a slippery 1 oad near the Remuera terminus last evening, and fell into the tramway excavation, neither passenger was hurt. The accident occurred at the corner of Ngapuhi Road, where the road is very narrow. The mudguards and i unning-board on the right side of the » ar were twisted and the windscreen was broken.
