TWO YOUNG MAORIS HURT

TREE FALLS ACROSS CAR From Our Oven Correspondent NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday. When their car skidded in loose metal on the main highway to Te Kuiti, near Onaero, yesterday, two young Maoris, aged 25 and 15, had their faces badly- cut and were badly bruised. The vehicle jumped a ditch at tho side of the road and struck a willow tree, which fell across the car. Both were admitted to the New Plymouth Hospital. Tho car was badlydamaged.
