N.S.W. Sends Young Side Here KIRK-WINDEYER CUP Members of the Xew South Wales Kirk-Windeyer Gold Cup team, who arrived in Xew Zealand this week, are of the younger school of golf in Sydney than is usually the case of teams sent so far afield. Their ages range from 21 to 32. which does not include the veteran, Dr. Sydney P. Jones, who accompanies the team as manager though it is understood that he may play in the matches should any of tii recognised team go off colour. Of the players comprising the team. H. W. Hattersley is said to be one of the three longest drivers in the world, and can even give Walter Hagen 30 yards. Other members of the team are Dr PL K. Lee-Brown. W. Dobson and S H. Keane. They will remain, in Xew Zealand for approximately three weeks, and when disbanded some of the play ers will probably visit Auckland an Rotorua. Both the Xew South M ales and Vic torian teams are now in Xew Zea land, the latter team having arrived ; Bluff by the Maheno on Tuesday. Tiv Kirk-Windeyer Cup was brought to Wellington by the Xew South Wales team, the present holders, and has been handed over to the care of the secretary of the Xew Zealand Golf Associa tion. Mr. G. O.
