CRICKET TOUR

Y.M.C.A.’S EASTER MATCHES In accordance with its usual policy of improving and encouraging its younger players, the Y.M.C.A. Cricket Club under the management of the sports secretary, Air. Don Miller, will play three matches in the Bay of Plenty at Easter. The team leave on Good Friday morning for Wliakatane, returning on Wednesday evening. The following programme has been arranged:—Saturday. April 19. versus Whakutane and Waimana Clubs at Waimana; Monday, April 21. versus Matata and Te Puke Clubs, at Matata: Tuesday, April 22. versus Bay of Plenty representatives, at Te Puke. The team comprises Messrs. Don Miller, R. Kiddolls. A. W. Riddolls, AT. Clark, E. R. Sutherland, S. Smith (senior A team), F. Baton, A. Amos. S. Harrison (senior B team), and L>. Haigh and T. Collins (third grade).
