GRAND THEATRE

The current programme at the Grand Theatre will have its final presentation there this evening. This includes the powerful railway story, “Greyhound Limited,” starring Monte Blue, and “Caught in the Fog,” an amusing comedy. Both are talkies. From tomorrow the Grand will present an entirely new programme which will include two well and most favourably known pictures. The first of these is “Four Feathers,” a tale of the British Army in the Sudan. Part of this was actually filmed in the Sudan, and the stars are Richard Arlen and Fay Wray. “Abie’s Irish Rose,” the second feature, is the screen version of Anne Nicholls’s famous ' play, with Nancy Carroll, Charles Rogers and Jean liersholt as the stars.
