“CAUGHT AFTER CHASE”
SEAMAN REMANDED ON TWO CHARGES “He was caught after a chase,” said Detective-Sergeant Kelly when Roy Martin appeared at the Police Court this morning charged with using threatening and insulting language. There was a second charge of dangerous driving on Grafton Bridge. Mr. Hart appeared for accused and entered pleas of not guilty. • Martin, a seaman aged 27, was remanded until Monday and bail was fixed in one surety of £lO.
