SON’S CLAIM SUCCEEDS
FATHER’S WILL VARIED Adidtional provision out of the estate of liis father, George Stevens, of Te Papapa, has been made by Mr. Justice Ostler, in a reserved judgment, in favour of a son, Henry Stevens. The testator, who died last June, left'’ the major portion of his estate valued at £2,543 to the Roman Catholic Bishop of Auckland in trust for orphans. After hearing Henry Stevens’s claim, his Honour adjourned tl/o case to give two other sons an opportunity of also applying for an allowance. His Honour has now ordered the following, provision to be made out of the rcsidu* of the estate, left to the Roman Catholic Bishop in trust; Harry Stevens £3OO, George Stevens £3OO. Joseph Stevens £3OO, Joseph Stevens £2OO and William Stevens £2OO, Costs were ordered to be paid out of the estate.
