BIG LEAD ASSURED IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA PREMIER STILL UNSAFE Reed. 10.20 a.m. ADELAIDE, Today. A scrutiny ot the votes cast at the General Elections is proceeding slowly, but it is apparent the Labour majority is increasing. The Labour Leader, Mr. L. L. Hill, seems assured of at least 30 members. It is not yet known whether the ex-Premier, Mr. Butler, can retain his seat, but three of his Ministers are defeated. The probable state of the parties in the new Parliament is: Labour 30 Liberal 13 Country 2 Independent 1
