For trips starting AND finishing within this area the following rates apply: 1/- for one mile 2/- for two miles 2/6 for three miles five miles 6d each additional mile over five miles. 6d for each 5 minutes wait ing time. For trips starting OR finishing within cab special rate area. The above rates apply for that portion of the trip within the area, plus 6d per mile for all mileage outside of area.
